Deep Ideas has a long history of offering a full support service beyond normal warranty.
Whilst most problems are resolved by telephone or email, we sometimes need the computer sending in. Please contact us before sening it and we will advise you what to do next.
When we receive your computer it is inspected and assessed. If possible the computer will be updated to the latest firmware and the battery renewed, or recharged, if applicable. If no further issues are found we will contact you to cover the practical matter of shipping.
If the computer needs to go to Germany for factory inspection we will let you know as this involves additional cost. If the buttons need replacing (it is eithe rboth or none) then the resin must be removed before the new buttons are fitted.
If the computer isn't sent to us, for an additional fee, we can collect the computer from another address.
The four options for this service are:

- inspection, factory return, and return
- collection, inspection, and return
- inspection, factory repair, and return
When you place the order please ensure the return address is correct and we have a phone number to provide the courier.
