To order a service select the option applicable to your scooter and add text to describe the scooter and any known issues.
When we get the order we will send you a returns number and address.
When your scooter arrives it will be inspected and the battery will be tested to determine the capacity available. If no further issues are found the scooter will be serviced using the appropriate service kit.
If inspection reveals additional items, we will email so you can order the extra parts.
Whilst most scooters are uncomplicate to service we sometimes encounter a scooter which is difficult to dismantle. In these cases we will request an additional payment to reflect the increased work.
