1. Delivery timescales
All orders received through the Deep Ideas shop are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the delivery option that you select, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.
2. How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders are either sent by Royal Mail (low value items) or by courier. On rare occasions we may run out of stock of an item. We will notify you by email as soon as possible if this occurs. Our couriers typically offer a 1 hour timeslot for delivery via text message (if you provide a mobile number) or via email (if you provide a valid email address).

3. Lost Packages
On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact Deep Ideas and we will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from the Deep Ideas Shop.
4. Track an order
All items above £5 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or via a courier. If you wish to know the tracking number of your items, please send an email to email@example.com and we will send you this information. Large, heavy items will be sent via courier or Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Delivery Rates & Where To Deliver To
1. Delivery rates
The delivery costs for the UK are calculated based on your order. The delivery charge will be displayed to you before you complete your order.
2. Where To Deliver To
We can deliver to countries outside of the EU. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a cost for shipping and zero rated VAT quotes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition (tags attached) within 14 days of the invoice date.
A Return Material Authorisation number (RMA) and Return Address must be obtained from Deep Ideas Ltd before returning and goods. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to inventory charges and fully inspected. Please state if you require a refund or an exchange and please be sure to include your name, address and transaction number if you no longer have the original invoice.
On issuing an RMA we will advise a Return Address. This will never be the correspondance address and anythng sent to the Correspondence Address will incur a charge to cover collection and shipping to the Returns Address.
No refund can be given if goods are returned after this 14 day period. Please note that you are responsible for any items sent back to us until they are received by us. For this reason we recommend you use an insured method such as recorded or special delivery to return items. If you require an exchange, the cost of posting your new item to you is covered by us.

Note the Returns Address may change on a case-by-case basis so always confirm the correct address prior to returning anything. The correct address will be confirmed by us when the RMA # is issued.
Please note that if you received a discount on your order, your refund will be adjusted to allow for this and we will deduct the discount you received. Likewise, if you receive a free gift as part of a promotion & you return your goods for a refund, you must return the free gift also, or the retail price will be deducted from your refund amount (excluding sweeties and chocolates - you can keep those!).
Cancellation of Order
Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your transaction number within 7 days.
